Schwedischer Spiel- und Esstisch aus Wurzelholz Furnier, 1970er

1 900.00 EUR

This one-of-a-kind hand-crafted dining and games table made by an unidentified master carpenter is thought to have been a special commission, and was produced in Sweden around the 1970s. The removable table top is held in place by four chocks, with alder root (or possibly birch root) veneer that sits on top of a teak leg frame with relief carvings. When the round table top is removed it exposes a square games table with a green felt top. Featured is the stamped mark of the carpenters initials, either OY or OH.
